Remote Adult Social Care Lawyer (Locum, 30h/wk)

Sellick Partnership is seeking an experienced Adult Social Care Locum to join our client in a fully remote role. The position covers 30 hours per week and offers ongoing support within a cohesive team of specialists.

You will advise on s16 and s21 applications, ordinary residence matters, safeguarding, Care Act and s117 duties, and may provide advocacy at direction hearings. Local Authority experience is highly desirable.
