Trauma-Informed Safeguarding Manager

RABI is seeking a Safeguarding Manager to lead safeguarding across our services, staff and volunteers. The role focuses on strengthening procedures, risk assessment, case management and training within Service Delivery and Volunteering, with a organisation-wide remit from the outset.

You will line-manage two Safeguarding Officers and act as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead, promoting a person-centred, trauma-informed safeguarding culture across RABI.
