Production Supervisor

Tailored Recruitment Partners are recruiting for a Production Manager for a business that operates Keighley and Grassington.

The job

• Supporting the Production Manager with the day-to-day running. of the packing and filling operations.
• Oversee staff, ensuring they are trained and follow procedures.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety and Health & Safety.
• Ensure CIP cleaning is completed correctly and records are accurate.
• Monitor product quality, stock rotation, and consumables
• Assist with audits, investigations, and staff performance reviews.

The Person

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Able to support and supervise staff effectively
• High attention to detail and accurate record keeping
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety and health & safety
• Able to follow and enforce procedures and work instructions
• Proactive approach to problemsolving and continuous improvement
• Reliable, conscientious and a strong team player

What they offer

• 4 days per week over a Monday to Saturday working week
• Minimum 40 hours per week
