Occupational Therapist – Community Care & Independence

Sanctuary Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for the Double Handed Care Project in Hackney, London. This full-time role is a 12-month, ongoing assignment delivering expert OT services and home visits in the community, aiming to reduce double-handed care while improving safety and patient independence.

You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop bespoke care plans, train care staff, and maintain precise clinical documentation in line with HCPC standards.
