Job Description:
EQ Care is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to lead the catering services across the Home. You will ensure every meal meets nutritional needs and service standards while maintaining a compliant and safe kitchen environment.
You will train and supervise the catering team, manage rotas and staffing levels, and work with the leadership team to uphold care standards and regulatory compliance. Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety is essential.
