Social Worker – Personalisation & Inclusion (Hybrid)

Wirral Council is recruiting a Social Worker to support health and social care services for adults and carers in Wirral. The role focuses on Personalisation, Care Act 2014 principles, and strengths-based practice, with duties to assess needs, coordinate services, and provide guidance to service users.

You will supervise and mentor junior staff, work with partners to improve outcomes, and promote independence and wellbeing for residents.
