Nighttime Residential Care Worker – Learning Disabilities

Compass Community Limited is recruiting a Night Time Residential Worker for one of our four-bedded Learning Disabilities Children’s Homes, supporting four wonderful boys under 11.

You’ll provide a calm, reassuring overnight presence, help with bedtime routines and morning preparation, and contribute to a therapeutic, supportive environment that helps the children feel safe, valued and respected.
