Overview

As Senior Market Data Governance Analyst NA, you will steward market measurement data across NA, ensuring quality, consistency, and trusted analytics to drive strategic decisions. You will collaborate across Commercial Analytics, Consumer Insights, and IT to enable a unified One Perrigo data view and a single source of truth for market, retailer, and consumer data. You’ll lead data governance, metadata, contracts, and dashboarding, enabling scalable, compliant insights. This role offers impact through shaping data standards and analytics platforms in a fast-moving consumer goods environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary steward for market measurement data across categories and leadership
• Define and maintain data standards, metadata, data dictionaries, and governance docs
• Establish and govern a single source of truth for category hierarchies, retailer mappings, and product taxonomies
• Ensure compliance with governance standards, vendor guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Drive data quality frameworks, KPI monitoring, issue resolution, and root-cause analysis
• Lead governance and relationships with data providers (Circana, Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar) and manage contracts
• Oversee supplier onboarding, validation, performance monitoring, and training programs
• Own NA Power BI dashboards and analytics outputs; evolve reporting capabilities
• Drive continuous enhancement of analytics platforms and data delivery processes

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7+ years in Project Management, Data Governance, or Analytics roles
• Experience in CPG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, retail industries
• Experience mining market measurement data and running prescriptive & predictive analytics
• Strong understanding of market measurement data providers and eCommerce
• Proficiency with data governance concepts (data quality, metadata, data contracts, data lineage, MDM)
• Experience with governance platforms and BI tools (Power BI, Circana Unify)
• Ability to influence stakeholders in a global matrixed environment
• Knowledge of programming (Python) and data workflows
