Field Care Supervisor – Community Care Leader (On-Call)

Agincare is seeking a Field Care Supervisor in Weymouth to support clients and care teams out in the community. You’ll visit clients, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality care while upholding safeguarding and safety standards.

The role involves on-call duties, weekend involvement, and building strong relationships to help people feel safe, valued and cared for. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.
