Mini Digger Excavator Driver (Worcester)

We are looking for a Mini Digger Excavator Driver in the Worcester area to join a busy team maintaining public outdoor spaces across the city.

• Immediate start
• This is an ongoing assignment with a possible Permanent position after a successful trial period

Duties:

• Operating a mini excavator as part of the role
• Using power tools and wheelbarrows
• Maintaining green spaces
• Working in all weather conditions
• Supporting team operations across multiple sites

Skills and Experience:

• Mini Excavator licence – CPCS A58 or NPORS N202 (one required)
• Comfortable working outdoors and in manual roles
• Full UK driving licence required
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions

Hours of Work:

• Mon-Thurs: 07:30 – 15:30
• Fri: 07:30 – 15:00

Pay Rate:

• £13.69 per hour
• Increase after 12 weeks
