Lead GP – Urgent Community Care Hub

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust invites applications from passionate General Practitioners to join the new Community Access Service (CAS) Hub. You will be part of a multidisciplinary clinical team providing senior clinical decision making, expert advice and leadership across urgent community care services.

You will support assessment, triage and management of patients with urgent and complex healthcare needs, helping people receive the right care, in the right place, at the right time.
