Myclientisagrowingwarehouseanddistributionbusinessfocusedondeliveringefficientstorage,stockmanagement,andfulfilmentservices.Builtonstrongoperationalstandardsandacommitmenttocustomerservice,theypridethemselvesonmaintainingasafe,organised,andhigh-performingwarehouseenvironment.
Aspartoftheircontinuedgrowth,theyareseekinganexperiencedWarehouseManagertooverseedailywarehouseoperationsandleadthewarehouseteam.Thisisahands-onmanagementrolefocusedonensuringstockaccuracy,operationalefficiency,andthesmoothflowofgoodsthroughoutthefacility.
Asafull-timeWarehouseManager,youwillplayakeyroleindrivingwarehouseperformance,maintainingoperationalstandards,andensuringcustomerrequirementsaremet.Youwillberesponsibleformanagingwarehousestaff,monitoringproductivity,andsupportingtheongoingdevelopmentofwarehouseprocesses.
Thesuccessfulcandidatewillbeaproactiveleaderwithstrongorganisationalskillsandaproventrackrecordofmanagingwarehouseoperationswithinafast-pacedenvironment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
WarehouseOperations:
- Managetheday-to-dayoperationofthewarehouseandwarehouseteam.
- Overseegoods-in,goods-out,storage,anddispatchactivities.
- Ensurestockishandled,stored,anddistributedefficiently.
- TeamManagement:
- Lead,support,anddevelopwarehousepersonnel.
- Monitorteamperformanceandproductivitylevels.
- Providetrainingandguidancetomaintainoperationalstandards.
Stock&InventoryControl:
- Maintainaccuratestockrecordsandinventorycontrolprocesses.
- Investigatestockdiscrepanciesandimplementcorrectiveactions.
- Ensurestockmovementsarerecordedaccurately.
Health&Safety:
- Promoteandmaintainasafeworkingenvironment.
- Ensureallhealth&safetyproceduresandcompanypoliciesarefollowed.
- Monitorwarehousehousekeepingstandardsatalltimes.
OperationalPerformance:
- Coordinatewarehouseresourcestomeetbusinessdemands.
- Identifyandresolveoperationalissuesefficiently.
- Workcloselywithotherdepartmentstoensuresmoothworkflowandservicedelivery.
ESSENTIALEXPERIENCE
- PreviousWarehouseManagerorWarehouseSupervisorexperience.
- Experienceworkingwithinawarehouse,logistics,ordistributionenvironment.
- Strongunderstandingofwarehouseoperationsandinventorymanagement.
- Experienceleadinganddevelopingwarehouseteams.
- Knowledgeofhealth&safetyprocedureswithinawarehouseenvironment.
- Abilitytomanageworkloadeffectivelywithinafast-pacedoperation.
QUALIFICATIONS
- ProvenexperienceasaWarehouseManager,WarehouseSupervisor,orsimilarleadershiprole.
