Production Manager (Gas / Lab)

Overview

In this on-site role, you lead the production function to deliver gases and gas mixtures on time and to high quality within ISO 17034 processes. You’ll recruit, develop and manage a team, balancing schedules and resources to meet standards in a safety-first environment. You’ll work with cross-functional colleagues to drive performance, training and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Lead on-site production to meet delivery deadlines and quality targets
• Operate within ISO 17034 accredited processes and ensure compliance
• Resource staff and materials to maintain the production schedule
• Recruit, coach and develop direct reports through appraisal and training
• Manage on-site operations Monday–Friday to support production performance

Key requirements

• Production Manager/Supervisory experience in a regulated environment
• Degree in science/engineering or equivalent industry experience
• Live commutable to Uttoxeter
