Overview

As Chief Operating Officer for Central & Eastern Europe, you will shape the growth and operating model of a fast-scaling Pan-European real estate platform. You will work with senior leadership to define the regional investment and growth agenda and lead a growing portfolio across the region. You’ll oversee asset management and ensure each asset performs to its business plan, while building the processes, people, and infrastructure needed for scale. Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional investment and growth strategy
• Provide senior leadership across a substantial and growing real estate portfolio
• Lead and challenge investment decisions and new acquisitions
• Oversee asset management strategy and portfolio performance
• Ensure assets deliver against their investment thesis and business plans
• Provide commercial and operational leadership to the local business
• Develop people, processes and infrastructure to support significant growth
• Collaborate with local leadership to identify new investment and value-creation opportunities
• Take accountability for commercial and investment outcomes
