Pleo is seeking a Director of Finance Business Partnering to lead the Finance Business Partnering team, shaping strategic decisions and allocating resources across the business. You will collaborate with Go-To-Market, Product & Offering, and Enablement to establish a unified financial view.

You will report to the CFO and lead a team, guiding data‑driven decisions and leveraging modern BI/AI workflows to transform financial planning and performance. Hybrid work in the UK is supported.
